Withers Gin, G1, Heartsease London Dry Gin, 50ml, 40% ABV (IWSC 2020 Gold Outstanding, The Gin Guide 2020 Triple award winner ‘Best Gin in England’, ‘Best London Dry Gin’, ‘Best Traditional Gin under 42%’). Serve with Fevertree Naturally Light or Fevertree Premium Indian Tonic and lots of ice. Garnish with a squiggle of Grapefruit zest (see our website for other suggestions).
Blackberry and G1 Heartsease Gin Liqueur, 50ml, 32.7% ABV. Serve in hip flask or on the rocks or with Prosecco (25ml in a flute and top up with Prosecco or champagne) or with lemonade or with tonic. This is a really easy hearts-easy cocktail which we adore!
G1 Martini, 75ml, 31.6% ABV. Ideally freeze the pouch for 20mins, shake the contents in a cocktail shaker with ice until really really cold, then fine strain into a martini glass. Serve with a twist of lemon zest.
We are using pouches in order to minimise our carbon footprint, these are 60-70% better than using glass based on weight and shipping. Recycling is not yet as easy as we would like, however we have an arrangement whereby we are able to successfully recycle these and are in the process of arranging hassle free solutions to return them to us.
